This is my kind of toddler art project. Water. It dries and she can do it again, and again and again. She loves to paint, and yes she can tell you what the ink blot is. . . what do you think?

back track
So the Packers won, huh? Miley is a rugby and soccer fan herself. We missed the big game to instead play with a blanket. Forget the room full of toys available to her.
Her crazy hair after playing in a blanket for awhile.
Oh my parents are so weird. . .

moon phases, demons, or 2.5
Good morning internet, or whatever time it is. Here at our house we don't know. Days and nights have become irrelevant recently, cause we've hit a snag. You'll have to excuse me because other than this little post I have nothing planned for the near future. I'm too exhausted.
We have a little girl who freaks out when it's time to sleep. Out of nowhere. She's been an excellent sleeper her whole little life and now it's Armageddon at our house. I was looking for blame, you know a cause for this, and as far as I can tell by the help of the internet, it's a widespread disease that afflicts 2.5 year-olds. I didn't get percentages, so I don't know if we're normal, lucky, or it's a demonic possession. Either way, the internet solutions are just as unpalatable as the time frame it took to relieve the problem.
I'll spare you the details, because they'll just exhaust me to go over again and probably bring out some tears as well, for all of us. If dogs cried, I'm sure our girls would be too. OK, maybe not, they sleep a lot during the day. . . unlike the rest of us.
It's a phase. blah blah blah. And we're trying to survive it. Not live by any means, because as zombies we are technically lifeless bodies of the undead in search of brains. No seriously, we are. I'll see you again here once I've found some (brains) or I have more to complain about, because let's face it, my rosy glasses are in the shop.

fortune tellers, groundhogs, and my hair
Hello springtime. I had a good feeling you were around the corner when my hair stopped breaking off a couple weeks ago. Who needs February 2; I totally saw it coming. ;)
So we're soaking up some vitamin D, even if it means it has to penetrate a layer of jackets. (yes I realize it doesn't work that way)
Mie is not good at steering, lucky we have the helper bar. . . but she is good at holding onto Nilla's leash as she drives. Maybe she's too focused on that to steer. She asks for Mocha in her other hand, but that hasn't happened. Bear has seen her driving skills and prefers not to get too close to the wheels.
My girls are lovin the sunshine!
