March montage
"It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade." Charles Dickens, Great Expectations
That quote would have summed up all of March for us, until today. It's hot. The kind of hot that reminds me that I'm not quite ready for summer.
Here are some pics from our March, minus titles/subtitles or explanations. . . . you'll just have to guess at what they are about. . . enjoy!

some weeks
Some weeks or even months it feels like I could post everyday about some such nonsense or another (and those are the times I must restrain myself or risk a blogging obsession intervention), but then there are months like March. This month it has been more of a struggle. I don't know why that is. Statistically, March is not one of my strongest posting months. . . that honor belongs to October, for obvious reasons. . . not that St. Patty's isn't something special to celebrate, and of course Daylight Savings/Losing Time. . . inspires so much.
It must be spring that is taking me away from my beloved mac. I guess it's because we are spending most of our time outside now getting a little color on our cheeks. . . and maybe the sun is draining the blogging energy from me while at the same time re-energizing me from a very looooong and sickly winter?
So until I can think of something profound-ish to say (and in the event that that in fact never happens I'll come up with a back up plan for posting). . . I'll leave you with some sunny pics today. . . and then once I get around to editing our spring break pics those will follow as well.

curious
. . . curiosity leads to a number of things. . . what do rocks taste like, for example. . . here are a couple of things I caught her checking out this past week. . .
What's inside the closet? Will I fit inside as well? What's it like in dark enclosed spaces? . . . why doesn't this bother her, I think?
What is a belly button for? Is it for my fingers which fit perfectly? Why does my Mom say ding dong when I touch it?
What does this flower smell like? Does it need to be inside my nose for me to smell it?
How much closer can I get to the water before my Mom notices?
What happens when I try to spin my plate on the slick counter?
And all the girls were curious about this one. . . what is this cool little house?
